Fleet Wash Chemicals two-step wash process is a proven system for cleaning trucks, trailers, and other fleet vehicles. It utilizes a combination of LIFT-OFF (acidic) and BLAST-OFF (alkaline) detergents to break down tough road film, remove oxidation, and achieve a bright, streak-free finish without excessive brushing.

Applications

Step 2: LIFT-OFF (Acidic Cleaner)

In a five gallon pail add, one gallon LIFT-OFF with four gallons of water. Drop chemical pick up in to pail. Apply to surface at a rate of 1:60.
Apply LIFT-OFF first to dry surfaces via a foam, spray, or downstream injector.
Works best on aluminum trailers, wheels, and painted surfaces.
Allow 15-20 seconds dwell time.

Step 2: BLAST-OFF Detergent (Alkaline Cleaner)

In a five gallon pail add, one gallon BLAST-OFF with four gallons of water. Drop chemical pick up in to pail. Apply to surface treated with LIFT-OFF at a rate of 1:60.
Works best on aluminum trailers, wheels, and painted surfaces.
